Verified reviewWhen we went to get our boots and skis there was only person helping in the shop and he was under pressure and really unhelpful. The boots weren't very good and he seemed unwilling to offer us any alternatives. So in the end everyone had uncomfortable boots. There was a bit of miscommunication with skis and I ended up with some all mountain skis but went back and changed them later for on-piste skis which were much better (and the person who helped me was much more helpful!)

Verified reviewHelped with the return of my hire skis that were taken off the slopes outside L'Ouillette Restaurant. Terrible experience that wasted an afternoon skiing. Thankfully, I had taken out ski insurance but it still mired my holiday. The hire skis were reasonable but were delaminating and so it seemed peculiar that they were taken. The service in the ski shop was excellent. I even had my own skis serviced there.
