Verified reviewThe reason I gave a 3 star rating is that I booked our skis early to take advantage of the 'early booking discounted charges', there was a mix-up apparently which resulted in my booking being cancelled and me having to re-book my ski package, this resulted in the charges being more expensive than my first booking, even with the discount code given I still paid more for my package than my first booking. In the past I paid a deposit then paid the balance on completion of my holiday and only paying for the days used, now I have to pay up front regardless of whether we used our skis for the full days booked or not, 3 of my party did not use the full 8 days but I did not get a refund for the un-used days, this would not have happened before you changed your payment policy, I may have to look at alternative ski hire companies although I don't want to leave Action Sports in Morzine as we have gotten very friendly with the owner of Action Sports who is, and has always been the most helpful and friendliest of people.

Verified reviewAbsolutely - especially as I unfortunately had to return my skis early due to an accident. However, there was no quibble and a refund was organised to the remaining days of the hire not used with equal efficiency.
