Verified reviewWell maintained ski's, very friendly staff and nice small shop. No queues at all when we were there and conveniently located close to our hotel and the ski slopes. The only comment is on the booking process. I booked about 6 months early thinking that would give me the best price. When I checked again about 4 months later there was an Halloween discount which significantly reduced the price. I therefore cancelled the previous order and rebooked with that Halloween discount. So it all worked out well, but it just would have been a bit nicer to be rewarded for booking early instead of being charged more.. I would definitely go back to the same shop in the future. btw I saw 2 clients asking to swap ski's (carving vs all mountain) and the staff was helpful and did so without any issues.

Verified reviewGenerally very good. Helpful friendly staff who speak good English. I did have one equipment failure incident with the skies I rented, which may well have been a one off. One ski rear binding became detacted from the ski after an unremarkable fall. The screws holding it on had insufficient glue apparently. But after the incident I returned the skies and was issued with excellent replacements and no extra charges. No further problems.

Verified reviewGreat service, came in the day before and was able to pickup the gear after 14:00. After a couple of questions they picked gear suitable for my level (beginner) and it was a lot better than gear I had last year at another store brand in Tignes. Had a great week of skiing with no gear issues. Would 10/10 recommend this shop for renting gear, especially if you are in Les Menuires great Reberty. Thanks again!
