Verified reviewWhat a disgrace i spent so much time filling in their pre order form,arrived at the shop and to collect a pair of mens superior mountain ski's, there was a choice of 1 or 1 ,not fully suitable for what i ordered,the technician really wasn't interested,he reluctantly agreed to change them if i wasn't happy, The following day, i did ,the skis were awful in the spring snow,another technician was on duty when i returned them ,this time he had another ski ,(only 1 more chioce) which he recommended,,itried these out and they were a big improvement, but they were still narrower that i would have liked(80 cm), I should have asked for my money back or made a chrge back on my credit card Use this shop only if you are a beginner

Verified reviewThe staff were friendly, but the equipment was quite old and damaged (2 of 4 helmets, 2 out of 4 sets of skis) and the staff did not take much care in fitting the correct boot sizes. In fact at least one of our group was given boots 1.5 sizes too big that caused problems and pain all week. So not the best ski hire we have had. I would not use them again.
