Verified reviewThe equipment were ok and easy to book. However I had to buy a globe because mine was lost. After I got the hotel I found my glove and return do the store to do a reimbursement or change for another product but the guy told me that was not allowed. So I got disapointed

Verified reviewWe had pre booked our skis and snowboards. When we arrived at the hire shop, which was quiet at the time, they had hardly any equipment left and we feel that the top equipment we had pre paid which was the experience piste pack for was not the quality of equipment we should have received. It clearly states on our booking/voucher that our equipment will be waiting for us, this defiantly wasn't the case. They tried to give myself some off piste wide skis as that is all they had in the shop!! As I refused them they had to call someone to bring skis from somewhere else. One positive was the staff were very polite.
