Verified reviewOH-SHOP: Average equipment, definitely not top quality, low value for money. Shop too cramped with little space to manoeuvre, not ideal when everyone comes in at once. Very little seating available. Staff give preference to their own countrymen, and do not appear to like foreigners much, despite our best effort to be easygoing. I do not agree with being made to feel as if I am the one doing them a favour. Won’t be returning.

Verified reviewTurned up and initially told I was in the wrong store. Went outside and walked in through a different door and saw the same lady that agreed I was in the correct place once she saw my booking reservation. Skis looked very poor quality and condition with much wear and tear. Not what I would expect for the top but one of your range. The original skis that were in the rack with my name were way too long despite giving correct information on the online reservation. Disappointing.

Verified reviewNice store and equipment I got in the end was good. I ordered premium equipment however when I was given boots they were obviously standard and quite old. Only for I asked for new boots, I’m not sure I would have been given them. With skis I tried to contact the shop before I went to get specific skis but it was hard to call or email them.

Verified reviewHonestly absolutely no complaints at all. Staff were all really friendly, the handover was really simple and when handing back the skis, staff were really nice, asked about my time skiing, etc. Would definitely return and will recommend Skimium going forward!

Verified reviewMy boots gave me blisters by day 2 There was no point in returning and changing the boots as I already had blisters and new boots wouldn’t change that My ski lesson instructor advised me that I was given the wrong size boots on day 3 when he found out how severe the blisters were across my ankles Being given a poorly fit boot affected my trip
