Equipment (snowboard) was old with the top splitting, bindings were worn and tatty. Not the usual standard I have experienced. The shop were not too keen to change the items. Therefore next year I will choose another company to rent from.

Skis were looking a bit tired, bindings seemed to release prematurely so had to be adjusted. First boots were not very comfortable but shop was helpful in changing/ fitting replacement boots.
