Verified reviewOnly downside was my online request was for a specific kind of ski, and that ski was not available/provided on my first day (too soft/skinny for the conditions). However, the team was incredibly helpful, and when I brought my skis back in the next day to trade in for a stiffer/wider ski, they accommodated me quickly and easily. The delivery service to the hotel was amazing as well. Really enjoyed the experience.
