Verified reviewLong waiting time and pretty inefficient system for picking-up equipment. I have pre-filled all my measurements regarding weight, height, ski level etc., but they ask the exact same questions and take the same measurements in store.

Verified reviewThe first set of skis I was given were both delaminated and had to be returned the next day. The second set weren’t delaminated but looked old. The ski’s I hired for my daughter were also looked well worn despite paying for the performance package. She complained her boots were too tight and the server said they’d soften off with moving around however we had to return them for another set the day and her toes were all blistered. My friends had hired from other stores and had skis that looked newer and in much better condition. The girl we retired our skis to at the end of our trip was very pleasant and efficient if I was to look for a positive. I would not use this store again.

Verified reviewSuperb service! I rented skis and took my own boots. Told them that sometimes they cramp up so they suggested and got me fitted for a better insole which made a huge difference. Thankyou for amazing service.
