Verified reviewNot much to say except that this was very easy and straight forward, came in got my ski rental gear straight away with no fuss, gear was in excellent condition and had no issues at all with it. Dropping off the equipment at the end was equally as straight forward. Would highly recommend using this store for ski rentals.

Verified reviewBest ski hire shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one ski and they quickly resolved and even gave me better skis. We didn't feel judged for being beginners and the boots were best I've worn.

Verified reviewHeel binding on one of the Skis was broken, causing it to slowly slide back by itself while skiing. Ski came off on the Arolles black run so I had to slide part of the icy run on my body causing me bruising which made sitting and skiing uncomfortable for the rest of the trip. Lucky, considering how much worse my injuries could have been. Person issuing the equipment seemed dazed/confused the entire time. And this is perhaps why the broken binding wasn't noticed. Would have had to walk 1km uphill in Ski boots had i not known how to adjust a heel binding myself. Store representative confirmed that the heel binding was broken, justifying it saying it was "very rare". Clearly not stringent enough testing of equipment before issuance! Store representative then gave me an email to contact regarding a refund, but when I emailed this address I received a automatic reply saying I required an "exceptional refund form" from the store. This clearly should have been told to me in the store, alone with the form.

Verified reviewThe store is easy to find in the centre of Val Thorens. The staff were very patient and helpful, particularly Roman, who helped with our boot fitting. Collecting our equipment at 3pm the day before meant that there were no queues and no pressure. Equipment was not pristine, it was late in the season, but was all perfectly good condition and worked well. Thanks Team Skimium!

Verified reviewPeclet is a small shop with less equipment than the others. There was no queue unlike Skiset next door. I pre booked and no problems picking up, i just felt that the skis we had were not the standard that I had booked

Verified reviewWe rented skis from Skimium at Peclet ski service in Val Thorens. We were really satisfied with this service, it was very quick and easy to both rent and return the skis and also swap skis during the week for snowboards for only a minimal charge. Also got a great group offer on the skis with all the discounts offered online by Skimium. I highly recommend and will we using this service again upon returning to Val Thorens.
