Very friendly. The store I booked with didn't have the types of. skis I wanted, so they called another local store to sort me out. Great service!

No-one warns us about the deposit. Also they didn't accept online cards or cash. That's quite an unusual thing in European resorts. Also I didn't get why I payed for the insurance in case of loss when I was still forced to leave a deposit.
