Verified reviewHave been using these guys for years. Super friendly and helpful. Always happy to adjust and change things throughout the rental. This year, we arrived at midday Feb 2026, skis and boots were ready and we were on the slopes by 1pm. We love their shop dog too!!!

Verified reviewWe arrived 15 minutes before closing but the staff were still very polite and energised. They efficiently got us kitted out and on our way. The shop was extremely busy at the end of our holiday but, the process of returning our kit by scanning the bar codes was extremely efficient. A great job overall so very pleased.

Verified reviewI was told at the end of my trip that I needed to pay £25 for a warranty I didn't take. When I originally booked online I purposefully did not select the extra insurance. Then in the store the person (who didn't speak English) proceeded to add this extra to my account. Upon leaving after a week I was expected to pay this extra money. If they had asked for this money up front when I picked up the equipment I could have told them I don't want to pay it. I felt like a hostage. I didn't want it, I never agreed to it but they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid it. Very disappointing and other should be very careful this doesn't happen to them
