Verified reviewWe booked all our equipment online, which worked perfectly. I ordered a couple of premium snowboards and was unsure if I would just get a couple of standard boards; we didn't; they were higher quality than the standard board. When we arrived, we discussed our specific board needs and my son and I got very different boards and they looked like this season's boards, which had been serviced - very happy. We needed to change some boots part way through our stay, and the team were helpful and gave us 3 different styles of boots to try on and get the right fit. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.
