Verified review3 of us ordered the "downhill experience" pack. I'm not sure we got that. We all had different skis. I was expecting relatively new skis, with good grip and well looked after. Im not sure we got that. My perception was the skis were no different from the "emotion" pack i rented the year before. The skis were ok, didn't spoil our holiday in any way. I just feel like we didn't get what we paid for. We didn't return the skis for exchange because it was difficult after a days skiing to do this, and the skis were "ok", just nothing special. So overall not a big problem , just a slight bad feeling we didn't get what we paid for. We do not have expert knowledge about skis. We trust you to supply what we opted for when we ordered. Im not sure our trust was fulfilled.

Verified reviewCrap gear. Basic gear for a basic package is fine but it should be workable. My boots kept loosening every piste and you guys had no sizes left. An upgrade would’ve been normal but I was left to ride the rest of the day with crap boots.

Verified reviewSkis were good except the ski poles , the straps on first pair couldn’t be adjusted and second pair very scruffy. Another negative was that our credit card company charged us a fee because it is a Swiss company even though we purchased online and the shop was in France , perhaps we should have been warned before
